Documents required for Turkish citizenship by buying a property

  1. A copy of the title deed or title deed of the purchased property and owned by the applicant from the notary notary

A valid real estate appraisal report, bearing in mind that the validity period of real estate appraisal reports is 3 months, with a value not exceeding the value recorded in the title deed, and has a specific issuance cost, and is extracted within three working days by an appraisal institution licensed by the Turkish government.
  3. The original payment receipts from the buyer's account, stamped with a live seal from the sending bank.
  4. Original receipts from the seller's account, stamped with a live seal from the receiving bank.
  5. Two copies of the agency for requesting Turkish citizenship, granted by the investor to the legal team to submit the citizenship file, and follow it up with the official departments, and the agency is regulated by the notary public in Turkey (Notre).
  6. In the event that the investor's wife/husband is added to the naturalization file, a similar agency must be submitted to him or her, or a joint agency must be organized for both spouses.
  7. A copy of the original passport and another translated into Turkish, certified by the notary public in Turkey (Notre) for family members and children under the age of 18.
  8. A non-judgmental document, extracted from Turkey.
  9. Two personal photos.
  10. Tax number.
